Boxtops for Education
Parents, teachers, and staff! Please continue to clip and save your Box Tops For Education from food and other products. Please send them to school with your child and have them put the Box Tops in the plastic containers in their classrooms labeled BoxTops. I plan to collect them again on Dec. 18, before school lets out for winter break. Thanks for your support of this program to benefit our students! Tricia Lawrence

Chinese New Year PerformanceMark you calendars for February 9 for the Chinese New Year Performance.
The Chinese New Year Committee will have a kickoff meeting Saturday December 9, at 1pm at Merriam Park Library. The kids and teachers are already practicing their performance. The CNY Committee will be busy coordinating costumes, programs, food and other logistics. It takes a big team to make this event happen. If you can help, please go to Konstella. If you want to help (without joining the committee), please email or call Hue Soo firstname.lastname@example.org.
Save this year's memories with a yearbook for only $13.05. Big improvements this year with a new vendor:

As many of you know, Jie Ming will have a new home for the 2018-19 school year when we move to the Homecroft building located in the Highland Park area of Saint Paul. This decision was made two years ago, and the move was delayed by one year because SPPS had to find a home for the RiverEast program which is currently in that building.
We received an update from Rosemary Dolata, SPPS Facilities, at our last PTA meeting. She is the point person for the physical building transition and moving; any programming and staffing and other resources are decided by others within the district. Notes from Rosemary's update are available here. https://goo.gl/GsBgxF
If you would like to help Jie Ming prepare for the Homecroft move, please contact Becca Pryse email@example.com.
