About Us

Jie Ming Academy PTA is a not-for-profit advocacy group organized under the authority of the Minnesota Congress of Parents, Teachers, and Students, Inc. (Minnesota PTSA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (National PTA).  Our organizational structure and governance is defined in these bylaws. 

We strive to support the teachers, staff, students, and parents of Jie Ming Mandarin Academy. Through funding and volunteering inside and outside of the classroom, the PTA has become a partner in our children's education. We do this by providing community building events, funding for educational opportunities, and support for every kid in the community. Our goal is to make Jie Ming the strongest and most welcoming school in the state. We are all here to do one thing: provide the best possible educational experience for our kids!
